Bruce Biegel

A seasoned executive with more than three decades of experience, Bruce Biegel has led hundreds of engagements in growth strategy, commercial diligence and enterprise data and technology for firms in media, financial services, retail, technology, and advertising and marketing agencies.

Bruce has worked with a wide range of enterprise marketers, advertising and marketing agencies, data and digital marketing service and technology providers, as well as private equity firms. Some client engagements include Acxiom Inc., Capital One Financial Corp., Citi, Epsilon, Experian, Hewlett-Packard Co, Meredith, KRG Capital, KKR, L'Oreal, Mountaingate Capital, Time Warner and others.

As an entrepreneur, Bruce has hands-on experience building companies from the ground up. Before establishing Winterberry Group’s strategic consulting practice, he founded and sold two companies, one in marketing technology and another in dat a. Prior to that, he served in numerous roles at companies as a board member, president, CFO, EVP of sales, as well as in marketing and customer service. Bruce began his career at Kidder Peabody in MIS and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.

In addition to his role at Winterberry Group, Bruce has served as a senior advisor to investment bank Petsky Prunier LLC and as a member of the DMA board. He is an advisor to and member of the board of directors for several private marketing companies and a frequent speaker at major marketing industry conferences. He is also a recipient of the Silver Apple and Mal Dunn Leadership awards from the Direct Marketing Club of New York.

Jonathan Margulies

Managing Partner

With an extensive background in strategic planning and executive -level advocacy, Jonathan Margulies is a managing partner and leads Winterberry Group’s research and thought leadership initiatives.

An industry veteran with over two decades of experience, Jonathan is a recognized authority on issues of concern to enterprise brands, as well as the community of technology developers, service providers and financial investors that support their efforts. Since joining Winterberry Group, he has spearheaded the development of more than three dozen high - profile research publications and economic analyses, exploring the strategic and operational implications of disruptive advertising and marketing technologies, digital business transformation initiatives, emergent audience data applications and a wide range of other topics. Additionally, he has led over 100 intensive consulting engagements — helping clients tackle an array of challenges including long-range business planning, operational alignment, supply chain optimization, product development, budget forecasting and M&A target identification.

Jonathan is a sought-after presenter, and his perspectives have been published or cited by nearly all major marketing industry trade publications. Prior to joining the firm, he served as communications director for a 10,000-member New York City labor organization. Earlier, he held positions in communications and digital media at British Airways USA, Burson-Marsteller, Hill & Knowlton and the New York Mets baseball club.

In addition to his work at Winterberry Group, Jonathan oversees the delivery of pro bono consulting services to New York-area non-profit organizations as an account director with the Taproot Foundation. He received a B.S. in economics, with a concentration in management, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Michael Harrison

Managing Partner

With over 20 years of marketing experience, Michael Harrison leads Winterberry Group’s marketing consulting practice. He brings strategic and executive competencies in all aspects of consumer marketing, spanning campaign development, marketing operations, supplier management, database design, data procurement, statistical modeling, and quantitative analysis.

Prior to joining Winterberry Group, Michael was a partner at RAZOR during its merger with NSI marketing services, which created Ansira. After the integration, he served as chief strategy and analytics officer at Ansira, leading the strategic direction of the firm and work with clients such as Domino’s, Panera, Nestle N.A., Mitsubishi and La-Z-Boy. He was responsible for strategic planning, analytics, technology development (data and digital), programmatic and social media.

Before Ansira, Michael worked at Doner Advertising and Havas (formerly EuroR SCG 4D) building data and digital competencies focused on global brands in retail, automotive and consumer packaged goods such as Mazda, Sirius, BMW, ACE Insurance, Luxottica, Citibank and Circuit City.

Michael holds a B.A. in economics from Elon University and an M.A. in economics from Eastern Michigan University. He is on the Board of Advisors to the University of Texas at Dallas Masters in the Marketing program and was previously the Big Data & Intelligence Chair for Southern Methodist University’s Digital Accelerator program.

Charles Ping

Charles Ping is a highly experienced leader who had devoted more than 30 years to the disciplines of data, marketing and strategy and regulation. He was previously chief executive and then chairman of Fuel, the data business of the Engine Group, where he served on the UK Board. Previously he held roles as strategy director at Communisis and head of CRM at Guardian Media.

In addition to his role with Winterberry Group, he serves as an industry commissioner at the UK’s Data and Marketing Commission and is a director of the Advertising Standards Board of Finance, the funding body for UK advertising self-regulation. He chairs the joint ISBA/DMA UK committee on the use of data within advertising and is also a non-executive director across a number of tech and data businesses. Charles is a previous chair of the Direct Marketing Association UK and was Executive Committee member at the UK Advertising Association.

Alain Sanjaume

As a seasoned executive, Alain Sanjaume has more than 30 years’ experience in data-driven advertising, MarTech, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and data monetization. He has created a robust network across five countries (France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK) comprised of leading executives from media agencies and publishers to AdTech, MarTech, and Venture Capital firms. This highly curated network has brought him expert insights, thus furthering his specialization in European business market entry, go-to-market strategies, data strategies, and data governance.

Alain started his career as managing director of Eurosystems, a pan-European computer services holding company, which was sold to 4Front Technologies (Nasdaq) and then later to NCR (NYSE). During that period, Alain supervised 32 due-diligence engagements and eight acquisitions. 

Alain has spent the last two decades launching and growing AdTech startups in Europe. These startups include Espotting;  the first European advertising search company which was sold to Miva in 2005, wunderloop;  a behavioral targeting technology pioneer acquired by Audience Science in 2010, eXelate;  a leading programmatic 3rd-party data exchange and DMP solution sold to Nielsen in 2015, and Teads;  a global video network acquired by Altice in 2017.

Additionally, Alain has held various senior strategy advisory roles, most recently for LiveRamp, an ID and clean room solution, and Semasio, an AI contextual targeting leader. He is an I-COM Global Board Member, seasoned speaker, moderator, and jury member of various industry organizations and events, including IAB, Dmexco, Cannes Lions, ATS, d3com, MWC, …

Gayle Meyers is an entrepreneur, venture partner, investor, board member, and operating resource in digital media and marketing with over two decades of executive leadership experience. She is a frequent keynote speaker in industry conferences for companies such as Google, Verizon, Omnicom, LiveRamp, Linkedin, Twitter, and Oracle, among others.

Gayle serves as a management consult with a focus on optimizing growth strategies and in -market presence for organizations, teams and executives on the marketing technology and services sector. A list of notable past clients includes Adometry (acquired by Google), MediaForge (acquired by Rakuten), ThinkNear (acquired by Telenav), Integral Ad Science (acquired by Vista Equity Partners), and TapAd (acquired by Telenor), among others who have benefitted from her unique insights to increase shareholder value. The former Chief Growth Officer at LUMA Partners, Gayle led overall revenue development, marketing, branding, communications, and partnership strategy and continues to support the firm as a consultant and advisor. Gayle sits on the Board of Directors of Private Equity backed companies, Tinuiti, an award -winning digital marketing agency and Merit Direct, a leading global provider of B2B database products for performance -driven demand generation, data optimization, and customer acquisition and is an investor and Venture Partner at Revel Partners.

Prior to LUMA, Gayle was the Founder and CEO of Digital Media Review (DMR) and Industry Index (acquired by Shouldertap Investments), the first company to provide research based and verified ratings, review, and management consulting services across the marketing technology landscape for CMO's. Her longtime career of discovering and integrating game -changing technologies that solve real pain points in the marketing industry were the inspiration for DMR’s mission to help marketers find innovation.

Originally trained as a professional chef to support her family company, High Flying Foods, the leading independent concession group in airports. Gayle lives in Old Greenwich, Connecticut, where her life now revolves around keeping her children—and their even finickier dog and cat—properly nourished.

Melissa Del Pozzo-Dwyer

Director of Administration & Culture

Melissa Del Pozzo-Dwyer is highly skilled in administrative management, event planning and creating a cohesive company culture. Having devoted over a decade to office management, client events, and customer service, she is a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills.

Before joining Winterberry Group, she served as the Executive Manager of Office Administration at Valassis where she accomplished high levels of organizational efficiency. Through her unique ability and passion to grow and nurture office culture she drives employee engagement, performance, and retention to record highs.

Prior to Valassis, Melissa contributed her remarkable ability to coordinate and plan events for Scheyer Travel, a division of Tzell Travel Group. She planned and executed corporate and leisure offsite meetings, weddings, and functions in multiple cities, both domestic and abroad. Melissa is born and raised in Brooklyn, N Y and attended Stony Brook University as a Sociology major. In her spare time, she volunteers at both Momma’s House in Nassau County and Mommy & Daddy’s Little Angels OST Youth Program, Inc. in Brooklyn.

Brittany Meeks

Brittany is a program leader who empowers businesses with innovative, market-leading commercial and operational strategies. She supports Winterberry clients as an Engagement Director with program management and expertise in new product introduction, strategic growth initiatives and market evaluation. Prior to joining Winterberry, Brittany was a Director at FCM LLC, driving client value through carve out and integration program leadership and commercial strategy guidance for executive leadership teams.

Before FCM, Brittany held strategy leadership roles at Fisher Investments, an independent investment adviser managing over $100B in assets. As Group Vice President of Private Client Group Initiatives, she was responsible for growth opportunities in the company’s largest segment. Among other growth strategies, she developed the firm’s first non -financial business focused on the challenges of aging, which grew to 100+ clients in less than a year. Brittany also served as Vice President of Innovation, conceptualizing, and testing new sales strategies, global expansion opportunities, product offerings and marketing channels.

A graduate of the Walt Disney Company’s Emerging Leader Program, Brittany is known for combining rigorous market and consumer analysis with an agile and impact-focused approach to growth. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Harvard University.

Fawzi Halimi is a director with more than 10 years of strategic consulting experience across a range of industries and functions, including technology, public sector, energy, advertising and others.

Prior to joining Winterberry Group, Fawzi was the founder and Managing consultant of FGH Advisory, where he advised on digital strategies. Prior to that, Fawzi held a number of positions at global consulting firms, most recently as Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group’s Middle East office.

Fawzi holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York and a B.E. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the American University of Beirut.

Ilisia Shuke is a global marketing specialist with experience developing brand strategy, global marketing platforms and launching new products and services for Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining Winterberry Group, Ilisia’s career in the Grey network spanned 12 years with category experience spanning hospitality (InterContinental Group, Delta Hotels, Marriott Hotels, Sheraton Hotels, Marriott Rewards), CPG (GSK-Denture Care, Sensodyne, Aquafresh, Pronamel, Biotene), Finance (Invesco, Discover, Allianz Global Investors & Allianz), HealthTech (Medtronic), Energy (ANGA) and pro bono (Climate Change, Ad Council).

She previously held positions in the Grey London offices on the GSK Global Denture Care business directing brand repositioning efforts after 10+ years across traditional and digital channels in 30+ markets and across multiple agency partners.

Ilisia has a B.A. in Psychology from Harvard University with a certification from Sorbonne University. She has worked and lived across Poland, France, Italy, Australia, and England; and is now excited to call NYC home.

Stephanie Loutsenko is a manager with 5+ years of experience in both strategic and operational consulting, across a range of industries and clients, including technology, financial services, private equity-backed firms, and others.

In her role, Stephanie works with clients to execute strategic growth planning, market intelligence, marketing and data transformation, and commercial due diligence assessments. Prior to joining Winterberry Group, Stephanie worked as a consultant at SSA, where she worked with companies to support key operational focus areas,
including organizational and operational model redesign, streamlining data and information transfer and processes, business case development, and benefits assessment.

Stephanie has a B.A. in Psychology and Economics from Emory University.
