Senior analysts are responsible for coordinating and conducting research initiatives (including intensive one-on-one interviews with marketing thought leaders) and play a key role in the development and delivery of Winterberry Group’s market and competitive intelligence, strategic planning, business process reinvention and other consulting products. They enjoy substantial, direct interaction with the Firm’s clients, industry associations and senior management across all sectors of the advertising and marketing services industries--including senior marketers at many of the world's most influential brands.
Additionally, senior analysts may be called upon to contribute substantially to the Firm’s research and publishing efforts–including its branded white papers, conference presentations and Value Driver Briefing newsletter. They may be called on to collaborate with the Firm’s investment banking affiliate (Petsky Prunier LLC) on strategic buy-side engagements, contribute to the Firm’s marketing and business development efforts and support recruiting, staff development, knowledge management and other internal growth initiatives.

Desired Skills & Experience
Winterberry Group's senior analyst position offers a unique opportunity for motivated, dynamic professionals with three to eight years of professional experience to join a fast-growing enterprise at the forefront of strategic thinking in the marketing industry.
The position requires exceptional written and oral communication skills (both face-to-face and via telephone), superior presentation abilities and a high degree of organization. Experience with primary and secondary research, data analysis, business-to-business marketing and advanced strategy consulting and research principles are all essential.
Candidates will be considered only if they can demonstrate insight into the disciplines of research, strategic development and/or marketing through previous experience with a consulting firm, investment bank, research house, industry publication, advertising/marketing services agency or an internal corporate strategy role. Furthermore, ideal candidates will have had experience developing, refining and presenting complex professional services deliverables.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree and NO FEWER than two years of professional experience. Exceptional English writing and presentation skills are essential; an MBA is desirable, but not required.
